The King's Cross area is Europe’s largest city centre regeneration scheme. A combination of 20 historic and 30 new buildings set in new streets, squares and parks, the development is a 25-year project creating a new place and piece of city in an area once neglected.  Your guide is Neils Wergin-Cheek, a practicing architect, academic, and architectural tour guide. Neils has studied architecture and social sciences in Germany, France, and the UK, both at undergraduate and postgraduate level, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

The group will meet at 18:45 on the corner of Pancras Road and Euston Road, on the raised forecourt of St Pancras station, outside the Betjeman Arms pub. (a 2-minute walk from King’s Cross station). The tour will last approximately 90 minutes, and will terminate at a local pub for networking drinks.
