Please join your fellow alumni for the Annual General Meeting of the Wharton Club of the United Kingdom.
During this meeting we will review the Club's
- accomplishments during the past year;
- priorities for the upcoming year; and
- financials, among other things.
In addition, electronic voting will commence for new Directors of the Company board directly after the AGM.
Process for Nominating “Candidates" for Director Roles:
-- Each fully paid up WCUK Member is encouraged to stand as a Director and/or to nominate a Candidate for Director. Click here to pay your dues.
-- Each Candidate, must have received two nominations from other fully paid-up members of WCUK by midnight on March 31, 2021, (but not prior to March 15, 2021).
-- The link for nominating Candidates will remain open until midnight, Wednesday, March 31, 2021 (after which no nominations will be accepted). Nominations have closed.
-- By April 11, 2021, each Candidate is encouraged to submit a statement to [email protected], explaining why they are interested in becoming a Director of the WCUK.
