Outlook & Opportunities in the SPAC Market

The Wharton Private Equity & Venture Capital Alumni Association is pleased to host a virtual program on the rise and continued trend in Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) as a capital raising alternative to IPOs. Our esteemed panel of experts who have advised and gone public with SPACs will address the trends, challenges and opportunities for SPACs and how they are impacting the private equity asset class.
