CONSUMER TRENDS – 15 min

Sandy Hernandez (WG’07), Retail & Consumer Innovation Strategist, will kick-off the event and explore how the pandemic has impacted consumer needs, mindsets and behaviours.

RETAILER RESPONSES – 25 min

Christina Herbach, (Kellogg ’16) Retail Strategist at Kurt Salmon, will moderate a panel discussing the industry response. What can we learn from retailers that never closed or have recently opened? What could the future of shopping look like? What business and leasing models will win?
