Join the Wharton Alumni Angel Network on April 4th at the offices of Brown Rudnick in Mayfair as we explore the value created by blockchain technology and issues surrounding investing in this exciting new asset class.
We will have a keynote address by Shyam Kamadolli, the Managing Partner of Applied Crypto Ventures, which will briefly cover the basic technology and where value resides within the blockchain “stack”. This will be followed by a panel discussion in which we will discuss the changing regulatory environment and other practical issues which affect the ability of investors to participate in companies issuing tokens and/or traditional equity. Panelists will include Shyam, Alexander Carter-Silk from Brown Rudnick, and Dmitry Tokarev from Copper, which provides custody and facilitates trading of crypto assets.
We are looking forward to seeing you there.
