Maximise your impact and be charismatic

You have all the technical skills, but still face frustrating challenges being heard, getting buy-in, winning arguments and getting the credit and recognition you deserve.

Come and join the female only small group dinner, with Oisin Crawley, a renowned coach who was formerly a Managing Director and a portfolio manager at BlackRock. He will help you better understand the true nature of the barriers and the behaviours, the particular traps that female professionals face and the tricks, the simple body language and words you can use to get around them, and to regain your power. This requires arming yourself with a new mentality and a new toolkit.

The Wharton Club UK organises broad range of events. This event is designed for female only with shared common bias, leadership dynamics and workplace discriminations so that all attendees can have an open and intimate discussion.
