Entrepreneur Sakshi Chhabra Mittal WG'14 invites us to her hip new Indian restaurant, Jugad, located in Camden market. Come learn about Sakshi's entrepreneur journey starting AI food company Foodhak and modern Indian restaurant - Jugad. Sakshi is the Founder and CEO of Foodhak, a generative AI company, revolutionising food that we are surrounded by; where they use proprietary clinical research models to hyper personalise & build healthy, delicious yet medicinal food products for longevity and sustainability. Foodhak has opened doors to its first restaurant in Camden market called “Jugad” which in Hindi means an “irregular way of repairing” where in modern Indian cuisine has been reimagined and made cleaner.
Attendance to this event is limited to 20 and booking is on a first-come, first-served basis. We will then create a wait list.
Price includes a 2 course indian meal and weclome drink.
