Thursday, March 15, 2018This Special General Meeting is held in accordance with the Club Constitution & Bylaws and is scheduled for the evening of Thursday March 15th at the Royal Over-Seas League, Green Park.
Any Wharton alumnus/alumna may nominate alternative Members as a candidate for President at any time while nominations remain open, up to and including the week after the SGM.
After the nominations window closes, an electronic ballot - accompanied by a brief summary of each candidate's plans - will be held. Any paid-up Member of the Club may vote during a voting window of one week, with the result being announced on the first week of April.
If you would like to find out more, to have your voice heard and/or to step up to take on a leadership role, including as an alternative candidate for President, we strongly encourage you to attend the SGM and/or participate in the voting.
