David Brooks – Partner and Co-Head of Capital Solutions Strategy at Arcmont Asset Management
David is a Partner and Co-Head of the Capital Solutions strategy at Arcmont Asset Management, which he joined in January 2020. From 2007 to 2019, David was a member of the European opportunistic credit team at Bain Capital Credit (formerly known as Sankaty Advisors), where he invested across the entire European private debt spectrum, from direct lending to special situations and equity. Previously he was a consultant at Bain & Company in London and San Francisco, providing private equity due diligence and strategic advice. David holds a BA (Hons) in German and Russian from the University of Oxford and an MBA (Class of 2007) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Pieter Staelens – Partner, Portfolio Manager at CVC Credit
Pieter joined CVC in 2018. Pieter is a member of the Liquid Credit team and based in London. Prior to joining CVC, he worked at Janus Henderson Investors in London where he was involved in various high yield strategies and a credit long/short strategy. Pieter is a graduate of the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium. He also holds an MSc in Finance, Economics and Econometrics from the Cass Business School and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania.
Piotr Ossowicz – Senior Analyst and Head of Research, Signal Capital

Piotr has been involved in European special situations, stressed/distressed and opportunistic credit as a Senior Analyst and Head of Research since 2012. He invested across the credit spectrum from IG through HY, leveraged loans to illiquid mid-caps working at Credit Suisse, Ironshield, Serone and most recently at Signal Capital. Previously he was a consultant at BCG where he focused on private equity and corporate due diligence. Piotr holds MA (Hons) in Sociology from Warsaw University and MBA from Wharton (Class of 2012).
