We are delighted to invite you to our September Monthly Dinner as we continue one of the traditions that has made this series so enjoyable over the past 18 months—exploring London’s extraordinary culinary diversity together.
This month, we will be dining at Em Sherif, the acclaimed Lebanese restaurant on the Second Floor of Harrods.
Em Sherif is a particularly fitting addition to our culinary journey. Founded in Beirut by celebrated chef Mireille Hayek in 2011, the restaurant has become one of the Middle East’s most renowned ambassadors for Lebanese cuisine. Its Harrods location is especially significant as it was the brand’s first restaurant in Europe, bringing refined Lebanese hospitality to one of London’s most iconic destinations. Rather than simply serving a meal, Em Sherif celebrates the warmth, generosity and tradition of gathering around a table—values that resonate perfectly with the spirit of our Wharton community. As always, these dinners are intentionally kept small to encourage meaningful conversations, new friendships and connections across industries, class years and backgrounds.
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If demand exceeds capacity, priority will be given to members who have not recently attended one of our monthly dinners, allowing as many members as possible to participate over the course of the year.
A £50 deposit is required to confirm your place. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable unless your place can be filled from the waiting list.
We look forward to another memorable evening of great conversation, exceptional food and the opportunity to discover another remarkable corner of London’s dining scene together.
