Please join your fellow alumni for the last Annual General Meeting of The University of Pennsylvania Wharton SchoolAlumni Association of the United Kingdom (the "Association"), and a General Meeting of The Wharton Club of the United Kingdom Limited (the "Club") on April 2, 2020 at our clubhouse, the Royal Over-Seas League near Green Park.
This will be a good opportunity to:
- network with your fellow alumni;
- learn about the newly incorporated Club;
- hear an update on the finances of the Club;
- express your views on the direction the new Club should take, and;
- listen to candidates to be President of the Club present their manifestos.
On February 6, 2020, The Wharton Club of the United Kingdom was incorporated as Company Number 12446746. The Articles can be found on our website here. We urge you to read them in advance of April 2nd.
For all intents and purposes, nothing material has changed between the Association and the Club. However, you should know that as each of you renews your subscription, you will become a member of the Club. The Club will service all existing members of the Association until there are no more members thereof (i.e. on February 6, 2021).
